Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Serverr Assembler to join our dynamic team. As a Rack & Stack Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and contributing to overall supply chain management. You will occupy a key role in working with and for a company that builds the physical infrastructure that powers, protects and secures the world’s digital technology. Day to day, you will perform assembly tasks as assigned by the Team Leader. Along with the assembly portion of the role, you will also be responsible for meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Electronic Assembly, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Reading detailed schematics.
2. Handle and assemble small parts and cables
3. Complies with safety requirements.
4. Notifies Team Leader of any safety issues that need to be corrected prior to performing operations.
5. Maintain organized and efficient Rack & Stack Areas areas.
6. Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize space utilization.
7. Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures promptly.
8. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill order requirements.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. ELectronic Assembly experience required
2. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 100 IBS.
3. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS READING EXAM.
4. MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND .
5. Proven experience working with HAND TOOLS.
6. Demonstrable leadership and professionalism skills.
7. Comfortable to advocate and problem solve when needed
8. Must be able to start work within 3-5 Buisness Days.
