Racquets Sports Pro Shop Associate

National at Ave Maria Golf Club, located in Ave Maria, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Racquets Sports Pro Shop Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Pro Shop Associate to assist with daily operations and provide a welcoming experience for members and guests.
 

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage and assist with member and guest check-in.


• Operate the POS system for retail sales and program transactions.


• Assist with inventory ordering, stocking, and merchandising.


• Maintain a clean, organized pro shop.


• Complete opening and closing procedures as needed. 


• Answer questions about court reservations, programs, and events.


• Assist with racquet sports programs, events, and tournaments as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn the POS system.


• Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking.


• Tennis and/or pickleball knowledge preferred.

Pay: $16 per hour

Schedule and Start Date

• Must be available to start November 1, 2026.


• Current schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2–7 p.m.
   


• Hours may change over time; flexible availability is required.
