What You'll Do

As a Radiation Therapist, you'll play a critical role in cancer care delivery, working directly with oncology patients to administer safe and effective radiation treatments. You'll work with advanced equipment and alongside a team of top-tier oncologists, dosimetrists, and physicists all within a facility that truly invests in its people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists

• Supporting patient comfort, education, and safety throughout the course of care

• Operating linear accelerators and other radiation equipment in accordance with safety protocols

• Documenting and maintaining accurate treatment records and logs

• Participating in ongoing QA activities and process improvements in the radiation oncology department

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program (ARRT-approved or equivalent)

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (must be active at time of hire)

• California Therapeutic Radiologic Technologist (TRT) license or dual Diagnostic/Therapeutic certification prior to start

Preferred:

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient radiation oncology setting

• Experience with high-energy linear accelerators and electronic medical record systems (e.g., MOSAIQ, ARIA)
