Radiation Therapy Assistant - Radiation Oncology

Assists clinical staff of the Radiation Oncology department to provide excellent and expedited patient care demonstrating our core values. The Radiation Therapy Assistant is responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of patients and medical information within the department and assists RTTs, RNs, and physicians in scheduling, preparing for, performing, and documenting procedures, treatments, and exams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Successfully completed formal education program at an accredited school of training for Medical Assistants or Nursing Assistants.    


• Within 60 days of hire: Basic Life Support (BLS).


• 6 months experience in a health care environment.
