Hourly Rate: $20.99 - $31.49 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technologist to perform diagnostic radiologic exams and assist with routine clinical tasks. This role serves a diverse patient population, including infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, and contributes to the overall functioning of the Radiology Room and patient care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray exams in accordance with provider orders and safety protocols.
• Ensure radiology equipment is set up and operating properly before and during use.
• Maintain X-ray files and accurate imaging records.
• Oversee equipment upkeep, schedule necessary maintenance, and arrange repairs.
• Assist with allergy injections and patient rooming, as needed.
• Support customer care area operations and help ensure smooth clinic workflow.
• Accept additional duties to support departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT certification or eligibility preferred.
• State licensure (if required by Minnesota regulations).
• BLS certification preferred or required upon hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.
