Radiology Medical Admin - Urgent Hire

Temp to Perm

Schedules: M-F 9:30-6. Could also be 8:30-5pm, so please ask what schedules candidates can make work. 
Once they go perm, hybrid schedule will be offered.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with radiologists to facilitate workflow and daily needs; in addition to supporting their interactions with customers through telephone calls, emails, and instant messaging.
• WIll be speaking to physicians, radiologists and customers
• Occasionally communicate with internal IT personnel to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues.
• Monitor worklists and filters to ensure appropriate and timely interpretations.
• Perform quality control of exams ensuring they are ready for radiologist interpretation.
• Ensure all images have arrived.
• Ensure appropriate paperwork is scanned in.
• Retrieve all recent related prior images and reports.
• Maintain a continual high level of customer service both internally and externally.
• Comply with all HIPAA privacy and security policies and procedure.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC knowledge
• PACS / Radiology a plus
• Medical office: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Require
