Pay Range: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour (union scale based on experience)
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 to $10,000
Shift: Evening Shift 10-hour shifts, 80 hours per two-week pay period
Weekend Requirements: Yes
On-Call: Possible

Position Overview

The Radiology Medical Imaging Tech I performs a variety of imaging exams for patients of all ages. This role requires applying technical expertise across relevant modalities to produce accurate diagnostic results, maintaining patient safety, and ensuring smooth workflow in the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple modalities including Radiologic Technology, Mammography, CT, and MRI
• Position patients and operate equipment according to established protocols
• Maintain quality and safety standards while protecting patient confidentiality
• Support efficient department workflow and patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in relevant modality
• Current Oregon license or valid temporary Oregon permit with registry obtained within one year
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Image Wisely and Image Gently pledge certificates (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree
• Three years of hospital experience (will consider new graduates or less experienced candidates)
