Radiology Scheduler/Medical Admin- Full-Time

Interim Healthcare is looking for caring individuals like you to join our growing team!  

As Radiology Scheduler, you are an integral part of the patient experience in a clinic!  From scheduling appointments to greeting patients as they check in, you are often the first impression that patients have with the clinic so you set the tone and make a difference with each interaction.

Pay: Up to $34/hour depending on experience!

Hours: Full-Time, M-F 8am - 4:30pm.

Location: Radiology clinical department in St. Paul, MN.

 

Administrative Front Line Representative Responsibilities:

• Answering phone promptly


• Patient registration


• Accepting insurance co-pays


• Assisting with appointment/imaging scheduling


• Insurance and demographic information updates


• Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

-1-2 years of medical scheduling experience and familiarity with radiology procedures/terminology is preferred.

-Proficient in Epic

-High School Diploma

-Good phone etiquette and customer service skills

-Ability to articulate communication

-Must have great attendance and punctuality!
