Position Summary:

The Radiology Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the technical and clerical processes of the Diagnostic Imaging Department under the direction of the Radiology Manager.  Will assist with daily staffing, provision of patient care services, quality and timely studies, and coordination of care with other departments.  Will interact with Radiologists.  Supervises department personnel.  Will assist in performance improvement processes.  Will assist in recommendations for equipment purchases and department policies with input from the Medical Director. 

Qualifications:

Requires Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist Licensure (CRT) with completion of approves AMA course of training in Radiologic Technologist.  Must have five years experience as CRT and two-three years experience as a supervisor in Radiology.
