Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced, compassionate Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures including general radiography, DEXA scans, and C-arm imaging in our state-of-the-art facility. This role combines technical expertise with patient care excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols
• Operate advanced imaging equipment including digital radiography systems, DEXA, and C-arms
• Ensure radiation safety compliance and ALARA principles
• Maintain accurate patient records using PACS/RIS systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Conduct equipment quality assurance testing
• Assist in surgical procedures requiring radiographic imaging

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Medical Radiography
• Current ARRT certification
• Valid NYS Radiologic Technologist license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of outpatient imaging experience
• Experience with PACS/RIS systems
• Surgical/C-arm experience
• DEXA scanning expertise
