• Install radon mitigation systems according to industry and regulatory standards
  
• Perform diagnostic testing and system evaluations
  
• Seal foundation penetrations and ensure proper airflow
  
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
  
• Explain system operation and maintenance to clients
  
• Document completed work and service reports accurately
  
• Follow all safety protocols and building codes
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mechanical, construction, or HVAC experience preferred
  
• Radon mitigation license or willingness to obtain one
  
• Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces
  
• Strong problem -solving and technical skills
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor
