OBJECTIVE: The Ranch Hand Supervisor is dedicated and highly motivated in overseeing the daily operations of our Ranch Hand Team. This leadership role ensures exceptional guest experience by upholding the highest standards of service, hospitality, and efficiency while maintaining the Ranch’s upscale yet rustic charm. This individual will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of fostering a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REQUIRMENTS: 

Operations & Team Supervision: 

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Ranch Hand Team, ensuring a seamless guest experience. 

• Organize, delegate, and supervise work processes to achieve department objectives. 

• Work closely with Ranch Hand Manager and Operations Management to ensure calm, well-planned daily activities. 

• Lead by example, fostering a positive and adaptable team environment. 

• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities. 

Guest Experience & Hospitality: 

• Implement and uphold the ranch’s hospitality philosophy, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. 

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, organize check-ins, and help them settle into their cabins.

 • Direct interface with guests, addressing inquiries, special requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. 

• Assist with event planning and execution of special events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. Safety & Maintenance: 

• Maintain high safety standards for all activities, including trap shooting, archery, and tubing. 

• Ensure the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all Ranch Hand areas and vehicles. 

• Supervise and monitor inventory for equipment, banquet furniture, and guest supplies. 

• Assist with manual labor tasks across various ranch departments when needed. 

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS :

 Performs all related duties as assigned 

Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : 

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, ranch operations, or outdoor recreation. 

• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications. 

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 

• Passion for providing outstanding guest service. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. 

• Professional personal presentation. 

• Experience with firearm and archery range safety, as well as motorized equipment. 

• Clean driving record. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft systems. 

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. 

• Experience in a resort, ranch, or luxury hospitality setting, preferred
