Ranch Hand/General Labor

Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand/General Labor to join our team in Bulverde, TX. This role involves various hands-on tasks essential for maintaining and supporting ranch operations, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work outdoors and contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ranch maintenance including fencing, feeding, and caring for livestock


• Operate and maintain ranch equipment and tools safely and efficiently


• Assist with planting, harvesting, and other agricultural duties as needed


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas


• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment


• Support other team members with various tasks and projects as directed

Requirements

• Previous experience in ranch work or general labor preferred but not required


• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments in various weather conditions


• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn


• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Bulverde, TX


• Must live in or around Bulverde, Tx as housing is not provided
