Position Overview:
As a R&D Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the R&D unit of core systems and digital systems.
The position includes responsibility for approximately 40 employees, such as developers, system analysts and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Defining application solutions.
• Managing and developing complex and integrated projects.
• Ongoing maintenance and management of systems.
• Close and human-oriented management of the workforce.
• Collaboration with other units in the technology department and throughout the organization.
Requirements and Experience:
• Experience in managing R&D teams.
• Experience in project management and integration.
• Background and experience in developing financial and operational systems.
• Ability to understand and identify business needs.
Personal Skills:
• Strong management skills (people, processes, and projects).
• Excellent documentation and writing abilities.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with both senior and junior stakeholders within the company.
• Formal financial education – advantage
