We are looking for a creative engineer to join the Ruggedized Fiber Optics team to work on product development, design changes, manufacturing feasability, and engineering activities linked to RFO products. The role will focus on helping the team deliver practical, robust engineering solutions for fibre optic connectors, termini, cable assemblies, and related rugged fibre optic products.
This role is intended for someone with strong CAD capability, ideally with Creo experience, who can work with design updates, drawing changes, product extensions, engineering quotes, and technical problem solving. They should be a self starter, able to manage changing priorities, and comfortable working with remote sites and external partners when needed.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $90,000 – $134,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
