Your responsibilities will include: Perform various tasks in electrical, mechanical, and optical areas. Assist in technology transfer and participate in cross-functional discussions on device performance issues. AA Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, with 3+ years of R&D technical support or related experience. Proven ability to set up and conduct product testing and collect data according to medical device standards. Experience in operating and maintaining complex test equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and file sharing. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, interacting with engineers and technicians. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience in medical device testing. Proven ability to interact with highly technical staff in an engineering lab environment. Prior experience in documenting tests through electronic lab notebooks or reports. Experience in developing test methods and training others. Familiarity with equipment such as Instron, MTS, OGP Smartscope, and Keyence. Testing experience including tensile, torque, and RSU. Recent 4-year degree applicants such as mechanical/electrical engineers will not be considered.
