Ranger Station Food Runner

We are seeking a fast, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our front-of-house team. As a Food Runner, you play a critical role in connecting the kitchen and the dining room—ensuring every dish is delivered accurately, promptly, and with care. You’ll help keep service running smoothly, support your teammates, and contribute to the high-energy, guest-focused vibe that defines Ladybird.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.


• Ensure each dish is presented correctly and matches the order before delivery.


• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to coordinate ticket times and ensure a seamless flow of service.


• Assist servers and bussers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in expo and service areas.


• Learn menu details and be able to describe dishes when necessary.


• Support the front-of-house team with general duties to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required.


• Excellent communication and time-management skills.


• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food presentation standards.


• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.


• Positive attitude, team player mindset, and a passion for hospitality.
