Job Title: The Rates & Tariff Specialist II
Position Summary:
The Rate & Tariff Specialist II is an advanced individual contributor responsible for leading complex rate modeling, financial analysis, and regulatory activities that support DLC’s Pennsylvania electric distribution base rate cases, rider mechanisms, and FERC transmission formula. This role owns the end-to-end development of revenue requirement modeling including rate base, expenses, taxes, and cost of capital. This specialist also prepares and defends filings before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC), ensuring alignment with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) accounting and reporting standards. Operating within Pennsylvania and federal regulatory frameworks, this specialist will partner cross-functionally to evaluate rate structures, assess financial and customer impacts, implement tariff changes, and ensure compliance, while building deep expertise in utility pricing and regulatory processes.

Hybrid Work
