Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plan and learning programs as written and directed by BCBA/BCaBA.
Collect data on all behaviors targeted and skill acquisition goals.
Meet with supervisors as needed to analyze information gathered.
Ensure that documentation is completed and converted in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Communicate timely and effectively with supervisors and other members of the team.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a registered behavior technician.
Ability and willingness to travel between client locations for appointments as assigned in a punctual manner.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, PRT, and other ABA
Maintain current CPR.
Working knowledge and use of data collection program tools.
Must be able to maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting for extended periods of time.
Must be able to regularly walk and run for extended periods of time.
Must be able to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently.
Must be able to utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
Must be able to transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.
Must have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
Must have the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.
Reliable transportation.
Must be willing and able to “bring caring to life”, maintain enthusiasm, client engagement and utilize knowledge of ABA terms and principles when trained.
