White Rock Dental is looking for a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant to join our friendly, fast-paced, patient-focused team. What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert chairside assistance during a wide range of procedures
   
• Anticipate dentist’s needs and help ensure clinical efficiency
   
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked operatory
   
• Prepare patients and ensure they feel comfortable and informed
   
• Support sterilization protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
   
• Help train or support less experienced team members when needed
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an RDA in a general or multi-specialty setting
   
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in your clinical knowledge
   
• Current Texas RDA license and X-ray certification (Nitrous a plus)
