Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Mansfield, TX | Full-Time

We are a patient-centered dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team and help us create a positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring efficient and comfortable treatment for patients.
   
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and organize supplies.
   
• Take and process X-rays as needed.
   
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
   
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
   
• Support the team in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a smooth workflow.
   

Qualifications:

• Active RDA license in Texas.
   
• Strong chairside assisting skills and knowledge of dental procedures.
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
   
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to patient care.
