RDA - EFDA

Description

We are looking for a capable, reliable, dental assistant to join our team. We center around teamwork and fun at our office and want to provide the best experience for all patients. We want someone with background and experience with Pediatric Chairside assisting and confidence in placing sealants. Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) preferred. See below for responsibilities & duties:

• Assisting      the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including children      under general anesthesia (GA) in our office
• Preparing      and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Taking      and processing dental X-rays and impressions
• Providing      patients with oral care instructions following procedures
• Performing      coronal polishing and sealant application
• Maintaining      accurate and comprehensive patient records
• Ensuring      the dental operation room is clean and well-organized
• Troubleshooting      patient issues and concerns during visits
