In this dynamic role, you’ll help ensure our dental teams deliver outstanding care, support quality improvement, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations across multiple clinic sites.

What You’ll Do

As the RDA Supervisor, you'll ensure the dental team maintains the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency. You'll provide hands-on clinical support, mentor dental assistants and sterilization staff, and lead process improvements that directly impact patient experience and safety. You’ll be the go-to expert for dental workflows, equipment, and our electronic dental record system (Epic Wisdom). You will:

• Support and train dental assistants and sterilization technicians.
• Coordinate clinic workflows, schedules, supplies, and equipment needs.
• Provide chairside and clinical support within your RDA scope.
• Serve as the go-to expert for Epic Wisdom (our EHR), providing staff training and troubleshooting.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing education for new staff.
• Manage quality assurance programs and infection control compliance.
• Collaborate with dental leadership to improve systems and processes.
• Represent MCHC at school-based events, screenings, and community health fairs.
• Serve as a liaison between dental leadership, clinical staff, and support departments (HR, IS, Facilities)

Requirements

•  A current RDA license in the state of California 
• CPR certificate, X-ray License, and Coronal Polish certificate,
• A high school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years working in a dental clinic.
• Experience with Epic Wisdom.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
