Job Description - RDA/FO - Denton County

Hours:

Monday,Tuesday,Thursday 9am-6pm

Wednesday 10am-7pm

Practice Details:

We are a peaceful and friendly small private dental practice, seeing 8-12 patients a day. Single Practice, PPO, General Practice

Software: Eaglesoft

Hygiene Set-up: The doctor does hygiene. The DA set up the room, greet and lead the pt to the op, ask about any teeth bothering, take x rays, polish and floss; then the doctor comes in for exam and hygiene. The DA goes work at the front or the back.

Ideal Candidate:

-The ideal hire should have strong work ethics and personal integrity.

- At least 1 yr experience in dental office.

- Self-motivated, work consistently with least supervision

Requirements

Dental Assisting:

Chair side assisting when needed.

Take x rays and use a digital scanner

Set up and breakdown the ops.

Sterilization, general office maintenance

Stock up the ops and maintain inventory level of the supplies

Count the hand pieces and ultrasonic tips at the end of day.

Weekly spore test; quarterly waterline test and x ray machine test.

Receptionist:

Answer the phone when not assisting, schedule appointments and take copay.

Review the schedules a week ahead of time to identify potential no show and cancellation.

Retrieve mail twice a week. Scan EOBs etc in the computer and paper shredding.

Salary: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour based on years of experience and job performance.

Ability to commute to Flower Mound, TX 75028: Reliably commute (Required). Ideally within 30 min.

Spanish (preferred)
