Reach Truck Operator

Reach Truck Operator – $18/hr

Summary: Responsible for safely moving materials in and out of the shop, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting production, yard, and QC teams.

Schedule -4am -2 AM Monday- Friday; some weekends 

Key Duties:

• Operate reach truck and 40‑ton forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack materials.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any damage or spoiled cargo.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety policies.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of 45‑ton forklift experience.
• Basic English (read/write/speak).
• Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to work nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/push/pull up to 55 lbs (occasionally up to 110 lbs).
• Frequent sitting, climbing, twisting, grasping, and repetitive motion.
• Must pass required screenings.

Work Conditions: Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, humidity, weather, dust, fumes, and moderate to high noise.
