Reactive Sales Specialist

• Commercial Leadership: Support sales efforts, develop strategic plans, and drive service line growth. Enhance client outreach, optimize resources, and pursue new business opportunities.
  
• Innovation & Technology: Contribute to strategic plans and improve resource utilization and cost -efficiency
  
• Organizational Excellence: Help reduce HSE risks, standardize processes, modernize training, and support quality improvement. Implement metrics to improve safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Four (4) year degree from an accredited university or suitable industry experience.
  
• Demonstrated leadership experience and highly developed organizational skills.
  
• Must have demonstrated decision -making and problem -solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Demonstrated skills of team building, conflict resolution, and innovation.
  
• Effective communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills at multiple levels of the organization and customer organizations.
  
• Experience with contract negotiations
  
• Ability to work in a high -velocity work environment.
