Ready Mix Truck Driver - $1000 Hiring Bonus

The Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driver is responsible for safely delivering ready-mix concrete to designated job sites. We offer competitive pay with regular increases, shift differentials, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. Starting pay begins at $27 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $36 per hour including shift differentials. Essential Function:

1. Perform daily pre-trip inspection and preventative maintenance of vehicle.

2. Complete daily truck inspection list.

3. Operate ready mix truck.

4. Drive to job sites to deliver material.

5. Report to dispatcher any job conditions and test results to improve production and promote safety.

6. Keep assigned unit clean. Request time for cleaning as needed. Trucks are rolling advertisements.

7. Safe operation of vehicle.

8. Customer satisfaction.

9. Record test results and time on daily tickets.

10. Efficient use of work time.

11. Communicate to dispatcher jobsite information.
