  • Hit the road and meet homeowners face-to-face—capture measurements, snap details, and deliver polished, design-forward proposals.

  • At the desk? You’ll be a detective—respond lightning-fast to inquiries, conduct discovery calls or video chats, and whip up proposals that close deals.

  • Grow your success: go beyond inbound leads. Ask for referrals, launch targeted outreach, and boost value through add-ons and repeat projects.

  • Get exposure to commercial projects too—teaming up for small, introductory opportunities.

Do You Have the Right Stuff?

  • You've closed $2K–$20K service projects at scale—$800K+/year or $250K+/quarter, around 200 deals annually.

  • You're a CRM ninja (HubSpot or similar), a forecasting whiz, and your follow-up game is on point.

  • Confidence? You own it. On the phone, in person, via email—you deliver polished, consultative presentations.

  • Nine-to-five isn’t your jam—you thrive on fast, measured pace with clear KPIs and performance tracking.

Job requirements

Minimum requirements
• 4–7 years in inside or hybrid sales with consistent quota attainment
• Documented results at $800,000+/year or $250,000+/quarter in $2,000–$20,000 service-based projects (or ~200 closes/year)
• Competent with on-site residential surveys and introductory commercial walkthroughs; accurate measurements/notes/photos
• Proven end-to-end pipeline management (discovery → proposal → negotiation → close) with prompt responses and on-time proposals
• CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar) and Microsoft Office proficiency; dependable forecasting and follow-up habits
