We are seeking a talented real estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions

• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers

• Find acquisition properties
• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
• Investment property lead generation
• Investment property lead follow up
• Listing appointments
• Investment property buyer and seller sales

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
