As a Real Estate Agent at Lohmiller Real Estate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting process

- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contract terms, and provide guidance to clients

- Coordinate and attend property inspections, appraisals, and closings

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of local and national real estate market trends and regulations

- Proven track record of successfully closing real estate deals

- Ability to work flexibly and independently, as well as in a team environment

- Active real estate license in the state of Indiana
