Your Next Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing all marketing initiatives of Grupo Sineva. This includes developing campaigns, managing the company’s brand presence across digital and traditional channels, and aligning marketing efforts with sales and business objectives. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Houston, Texas.

This role requires a hands-on leader who is fast, creative, people-oriented, and open to feedback. The manager will supervise the marketing team, drive innovation, and ensure that campaigns are measurable, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs. The salary for this position will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview with the CEO.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance-driven campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Develop content creation for social media, across digital, events, and branding channels.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
• Manage marketing analytics dashboards to ensure ROI visibility.
• Coach and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, automation, and paid media strategies.
• Experience in multicultural or global markets.
• Ability to work quickly, with common sense, and openness to receiving feedback and ideas.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.

Details: 24 Greenway / Upper Kirby area, in the Weslayan Tower. It will be more or less 27 mins drive from Houston airport.

Pay: 40,000 per year + commission
