Tasks

List and sell residential real estate throughout Nassau County and the surrounding areas. Prospect for new clients through your sphere, referrals, open houses, and other lead sources. Guide buyers and sellers through every step of a transaction, from the first conversation to the closing table. Negotiate offers and represent your clients' interests in every deal. Stay on top of local market conditions, inventory, and pricing trends. Build and maintain relationships with past clients so your business keeps growing year after year.

Requirements

Active New York State real estate salesperson license, or actively working toward one. Strong communication skills and a genuine drive to help people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Self-motivated. Nobody is standing over your shoulder in this business, so you need to manage your own time and pipeline. Comfortable with basic technology, CRM systems, email, and digital marketing tools. Prior sales or real estate experience helps, but it's not required. We'll train the right person.
