Conveniently located office for agents in Colorado Springs, Monument, Fountain and surrounding suburbs.

Pay: $48,000 – $400,000+ per year (Commission + Profit Share)

Responsibilities

• Proactive Follow-Up: Manage high-intent leads within a proven conversion system.
• Consult & Negotiate: Genuinely help people accomplish their real estate goals through expert market knowledge.
• Commit to Excellence: Attend weekly skill-development classes and implement high-level sales strategies.
• Ownership: Take full responsibility for your pipeline, using our CRM, Luxury Websites, Listing Sign Valet and post-closing referral programs to scale.

Requirements

• Active CO Real Estate License (Active or In Progress).
• Coachability: A genuine desire to be challenged and held accountable to your own goals.
• Hunger: A "self-starter" mentality. You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a self-determined schedule, including weekends and evenings to meet client needs.
