Real Estate Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating acquisitions and dispositions, creating and analyzing budgets and pro formas, and presenting financial information to investors and lenders. Additionally, you will play a vital role in assisting with due diligence efforts, analyzing debt and equity structures, monitoring property financials, and preparing net sheets for dispositions.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate acquisitions and dispositions to assess financial feasibility and potential returns.
Create and analyze budgets and pro formas for development opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive presentations for investors and lenders, effectively conveying financial information and investment opportunities.
Assist in due diligence efforts, including conducting financial analysis and reviewing property documents.
Analyze debt and equity structures to maximize return on investment (ROI) and minimize risk.
Monitor property financials and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.
Prepare net sheets for dispositions, calculating proceeds and returns for stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and real estate financial software (e.g., Argus).
Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including market analysis, valuation methods, and investment metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to a diverse audience.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
