The County Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a full time Real Estate and Loan Operations Processor in our Caribou branch.

This position is responsible for processing real estate loans from pre-approval to post-closing as well as assists with operational duties including escrow and homeowners' cancellation monitoring. The right candidate should have the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional member service. Previous real estate or financial institution experience is desirable and should have above average typing and computer skills. Must have excellent organizational as well as oral and written communication skills. Ability to operate various computer applications including Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
