Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Location: Orlando, Florida – primarily on-site to encourage collaboration and mentorship, with potential flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have at least 1 year of experience in real estate, local government, transactional law, or a closely related practice area. Job Description

  • Represent clients in a wide variety of real estate, transactional, and local government matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
  • Assist with land use, zoning, development, title, affordable housing, and special district matters.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Work directly with experienced attorneys on sophisticated transactions from start to finish.
  • Build trusted client relationships while delivering practical business-focused legal solutions.
  • Collaborate across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar license required.
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate law, local government law, transactional law, land use, title, or a related practice area.
  • Strong legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with affordable housing, government law, special districts, or land use is a plus but not required.
  • In-house and solo practice backgrounds will be considered.

  • 1–2 years: $90K–$115K

  • 3–5 years: $115K–$145K
