The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Attorney to join one of our esteemed clients Real Estate Practice Group in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic practice group with immediate client contact and challenging work in a collaborative and collegial environment. Your expertise will be key in driving success and shaping the future of real estate finance law.

What You'll Do
Lead with Purpose: Oversee and execute a variety of transactional real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.
Collaborate for Success: Work as part of a dynamic team to support and grow a national real estate finance practice.
Analyze and Innovate: Provide strategic counsel on joint ventures, borrower-side financing, and fund structures.
Deliver Excellence: Apply your knowledge to deliver top-notch legal services to a diverse client base.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 5+ years of broad transactional real estate experience, with a strong foundation in real estate finance law.
Education: JD from a reputable law school with a record of academic excellence.
Skills: Expertise in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, and leasing agreements. Joint venture experience is preferred.
Bar Admission: Active admission to the Illinois bar is required.
Mindset: Ambitious, team-oriented, and driven to excel in a collaborative practice environment.

Your Skillset
Transactional Expertise: Proven experience in real estate transactions, including borrower-side financing and fund structures.
Legal Drafting: Mastery of complex agreements and contracts in real estate finance.
Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
