Job Description:
A prestigious, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its thriving Los Angeles office. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented attorney with 2–6 years of experience only handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including:

Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
Real estate joint ventures and development projects
Mortgage and mezzanine financing
Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents
This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside an elite team of attorneys on high-profile, market-leading transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

J.D. from a top-tier law school with a record of academic excellence
2–6 years of relevant real estate experience (Class of 2019–2023)
Prior experience at a large law firm or highly regarded boutique
Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines with minimal supervision
A collaborative mindset and a strong work ethic.
