Real Estate Associate (Residential Focus)

We are looking for an associate with at least 3 years of experience in residential transactions to join our Real Estate Department in NY. The associate will represent buyers and sellers in all phases of residential real estate transactions, from deal structuring and contract negotiation through closing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in NYC condominium, co-op, and townhouse transactions, including board approval processes and offering plan review, due diligence, contract drafting and review, and deal negotiations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting due diligence through the NYC Department of Buildings website (and related municipal databases) and coordinating transaction workflow through platforms such as Domecile.

This is an off-track role that offers significant client contact and opportunities for direct deal management.

While the role offers hybrid/remote work flexibility, regular availability for NYC closings, client meetings, and occasional in-office collaboration is required.
