Execute on sustainability targets and proactively work to achieve its targets. Work alongside RE SMEs on initiatives to ensure clear understanding of objectives and alignment is reached. Contribute to the smooth operation of the other RE units in your region (e.g., Portfolio transaction team). Build and maintain a relationship with the IFM partner that ensures its active contribution to the role holder's tasks. Working with service partners to find best solutions for meetings, events and activities, using creative solutions to requests and challenges. Working with Global Real Estate primes in creating strategies and programs to enhance employee experience. To be successful in the role you must have Have a BA, BSc, MSC, or similar. Have 5 years of workplace management experience, with both operational FM and stakeholder management roles. Make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, and top management. Exhibit Change & Improvement Management Skills. Show understanding of Real Estate Process, Models & Strategies. In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles and proficiency to conduct financial/business analysis. Negotiation & Argumentation Skills Strong leadership and management experience within multiple site Region. Major corporate campus facilities experience and running several projects, sites and financials within a multiple state portfolio. Your Pay The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus.
