Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Buyers Agent to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to match them with the right properties.

  Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local real estate markets, property values, and trends to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.

  Property Showings: Organize and conduct property tours, highlighting key features and answering client questions.


• 
  Negotiation: Represent clients during negotiations, working to secure the best possible terms and pricing for their home purchases.

  Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, disclosures, and other legal documents.

  Networking: Build relationships with real estate professionals such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license in Michigan (or willingness to obtain one with our help).
