Real Estate Courier - Knoxville/Sevierville/Tri-Cities and surrounding area
We are looking for someone who can place our for sale signs on our new listings and pick up signs when the home sells! We list and close about 60+ properties a month.

We are a fast-growing company with many other opportunities on the rise.
This is a great side gig for supplemental income!
$25 per sign placement and $20 to pick up sign.
Responsibilities

• Installing signs within 72 hours of when order is placed


• Pickup signs and lockboxes when listings are closed


• Maintain sign inventory and coordinate with in-house admin staff to obtain more signage as needed


• Taking a picture with your smartphone on all placement orders and emailing them to our admin staff is required before payments are processed


• This is a self-managed role and the candidate must be able to work independently with little oversight

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License


• Clean driving record


• iPhone/smartphone with the ability to send and receive emails and photos to our admin staff.


• Must be physically fit to lift signs and securely install them into the ground


• Flexible schedule


• Great communication is a must with our team
