Real Estate Development Manager - Bush Construction

Bush Construction is seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team in Davenport, Iowa.  This position plays an integral role in managing the design and preconstruction aspects of real estate projects from inception through completion.  You'll focus on per-deal responsibilities including legal review, financial modeling, budget management, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.  You'll work in tandem with our Director of Development to ensure department operational excellence, support of our strategic vision, and project success.  

What makes you successful in this position? 

• Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field


• 3 years experience in real estate development, project management, or a related role


• Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with legal processes related to real estate development


• Experienced with real estate finance, tax credits, and redevelopment incentives 


• Team-oriented with a passion for contributing toward a company that values internal growth and cross-discipline collaboration


• Organization and multitasking are your strong suits 


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling tools; familiarity with project management and design collaboration tools a plus
