We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Dispositions Manager to spearhead the sale of our real estate investment deals to investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.

• Collaborate with the acquisition team to understand property details and potential value.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and engage investors.
• Negotiate and close deals with investors, ensuring optimal returns for the company.
• Build and maintain a network of investors, real estate professionals, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and timely information to investors regarding available investment opportunities.
• Coordinate property showings as needed.
• Stay informed about market trends and investment preferences.

Must have

• Proven experience in real estate investments, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets and investors preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
