Pay Range: $76 – $93 per hour

A prestigious national law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Litigator to join its Chicago office on a temp-to-perm basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex commercial real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and manage case strategy
  • Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys across practice areas

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $76 and $93, commensurate with experience. The role has the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and team needs.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Illinois bar membership in good standing
  • Minimum 3 years of real estate litigation experience, preferably at a mid-to-large firm
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
