Summary:
To process all real estate loan closing disclosures, documents and fundings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents and closings.
Essential Functions:
1. Review for accuracy and completeness all closing documents for conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, Home Equity Lines of Credit and Home Equity loans.
2. Follow-up and coordinate closings.
3. Review Loan Estimates and Initial Disclosures.
4. Prepare, review and send closing documents to title/escrow company.
5. Prepare and send all Closing Disclosures.
6. Review and clear all closing conditions and related questions.
7. Review closing documents and enter loan information for funds/wire to close.
8. Initiate wire requests to title/escrow company.
9. Issue funds/wire to appropriate title/escrow company.
10. Maintain department productivity records.
11. Prepare and review department reports and work on special projects as assigned by management.
12. Complete onboarding spreadsheet and submit to servicer.
13. Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills and Abilities:
1. Must possess good communication skills both written and verbal.
2. Must be able to work under stress and pressure of a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize work and handle special projects as assigned by management.
3. Ability to operate basic office equipment.
4. Must at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.
Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. A combination of three years’ real estate loan processing experience and with a minimum of one-year closing experience, preferably in a financial institution.
3. Experience with Encompass (LOS) is preferred.
4. Must have and maintain current knowledge of State and Federal regulations, guidelines, functions, and procedures as they pertain to real estate loans.

Salary Description:
$26.20 - $33.80 an hour depending on previous mortgage processing and closing experience
