Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $1500–$1700
Location: Remote
Duration: ~2 weeks
Commitment: ~15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create deliverables addressing common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association domain.
• Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research.
• Work independently and remotely on your own schedule.
• Contribute expertise to cutting-edge AI research.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years professional experience in your respective field.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.

• Immediate

Compensation & Legal

• Payment: All experts receive a $100 onboarding payment for completing the onboarding quiz. Experts who pass the quiz enter a work trial period with a $1,500 payment upon successful approval of their first task. Payment then shifts to hourly pay.
• Performance Bonus: Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive on top of their per task rate.
