Job Description - Real Estate Paralegal

Stamford law firm with an active real estate practice seeks paralegal with experience handling all aspects of transactional work. Position includes contract preparation, title work, dealing with lenders, brokers, clients and other parties involved with real estate closings. Should have experience with pre-closing, closing and post-closing matters. Flexible schedule. Flexible hours.
