Job Description - Real Estate Sales Agent


READ BEFORE APPLYING

  • Full-time, commission-only (1099) role
  • This is an in-person role operating from the local office and the surrounding market. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
  • An active real estate license in Georgia is required 
  • We are open to interviewing candidates prior to them obtaining their real estate license.

NETWORTH REALTY | TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

  • 5 weeks of hands-on training working directly with a senior agent
  • Ongoing training multiple times per week, plus on-demand access

  • Learn how to find opportunities, build relationships, and create repeat business
  • Leads provided to support development — not to replace skill-building
  • Leadership roles are filled exclusively from within

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

Successful agents primarily conduct business Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on client needs. Agents have the flexibility to manage their time while meeting business demands.

 

LICENSING REQUIREMENT

  • An active real estate license is required to start
  • Currently enrolled in real estate classes? Interviews available now.

 

This position is based at the NetWorth Realty of Atlanta office in Atlanta, Georgia.

On-site, local training, mentorship, and team support are provided.
