Real Estate Sales Manager

LeGate Real Estate is seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting sales goals and strategies, building strong relationships with clients and facilitating negotiations to ensure the successful sale of residential and commercial properties. A thorough understanding of the real estate industry, a strong customer service ethic and the ability to manage a diverse team are essential attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure the real estate team meets monthly and yearly sales goals and targets
• Conduct property market research and analysis to stay well-informed and maintain expertise in the real estate industry
• Manage and lead a high performing real estate sales team, setting sales targets and monitoring team's performance
• Establish, build, and maintain excellent relationships with all clients for the acquisition and retention of their business
• Oversee the selling and leasing of various types of properties including residential, commercial and industrial
• Coordinate with marketing team to produce high quality promotional materials and advertising strategies
• Navigate real estate contracts, negotiations, and sales processes with the ability to effectively close deals for all parties involved

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a real estate sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or sales director, leading a team to success
• Strong negotiation and selling skills with the ability to resolve client complaints and concerns effectively
• A current Real Estate Agent License or Broker License
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• An impressive track record of sales success, customer service, and leadership
